Responsibilities:
* Raising sales ledger invoices for multiple departments
* Dealing with client queries around invoices and raising credit notes
* Assisting the credit control team as well as the sales manager
* Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
* Matching the cash receipts daily
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and positive approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
