Business Change Manager – Student Systems
My client is seeking a dynamic Business Change Manager to lead the implementation of a new student information system within a university. This pivotal role involves driving organisational change to optimise processes and enhance student experience.
As part of our dedicated team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
* Assess impacts of system changes on business operations and student services.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication plans.
* Engage stakeholders to mitigate resistance and promote system acceptance.
* Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

* Proven experience managing complex business change initiatives.

The successful contractor will have managed the change aspect of a large-scale student system implementation.
This role has been deemed outside IR35 and is largely remote (less than once per month).
