An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within The Hollies Residential Care Home in the Pontarddulais area as a Night Care Assistant - 20-hour post. This role supports people with complex dementia needs who live at the home or come and stay on a short-term basis.
The support of the night team, led by the Night Care Officer, is invaluable and integral to the effective support of the individuals staying in the home.

* You will be part of a team of both experienced and new Night Care Assistants.
* You will receive the right training, support, and gain the relevant knowledge and skills for the role.
* You will undergo a thorough paid induction, working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role.
* You will receive regular supervision and guidance to support you in your new role.
* Other benefits include an excellent rate of pay with enhancements for weekend, evening, and bank holiday working, as well as an excellent annual leave entitlement.
* You will have shift patterns that are equally shared among the team and will hold a 20-hour contract.
