Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our customer contact team at the Just Group. The role involves acting as a first point of contact for our UK Retail and Life Time Mortgage customers, providing exceptional customer service and helping them achieve great outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and telephony experience, with the ability to explain complex information in plain English. They should be passionate about delivering great customer service and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a full-time employee, you will work Monday to Friday, with sociable shift patterns. Your initial training will be office-based, but once confident, you will work in a hybrid environment with at least 50% of your time spent in the office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering queries from customers across our product range
* Making calls to third parties to ensure customers receive their income or mortgage funds
* Producing quotes and re-quotes over the telephone
* Performing relevant administrative tasks according to procedure
