About the role
Our Activities Coordinators organise creative and fun activities for the people we support.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. organising individual activity plans based on people’s unique goals and interests
2. fostering community spirit through group activities
3. supporting people to maintain their current, and take up new, hobbies, interests and educational opportunities
4. assisting people to become more involved in their local community
5. celebrating national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements
6. promoting choice, dignity and independence.

If you haven’t worked in the care sector before, we’ll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy and ongoing training programmes. We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren’t essential for this role.
