Job Description
Service Advisor duties:
- Making outbound calls, keeping customers up to daqte with status of their vehicles.
- Greet customers, discuss, identify, and progress routine service and repair requirements.
- To ensure that any delay is reported to the customer.
- To accurately cost all invoices for payment.
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
- Use Pinnacle.
- Deal with inbound calls.
Requirements:
- Experience in a dealership of at least 1 year.
- Able to use Pinnacle.
- Customer service skills.
- Well presented.
