The Role :
We are seeking a dedicated SEMH TA to work at a welcoming SEN School based in King's Lynn. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions and provide one-on-one or small group support to help students achieve their full potential.

Your Responsibilities :
1. Supporting students in their academic and personal development
2. Implementing individualised learning plans
3. Providing emotional and behavioural support
4. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
5. Promoting positive behaviour and self-esteem
Requirements :
6. Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs (desirable but not essential)
7. Eligibility to work in the UK
8. DBS (or the willingness to apply)
9. A compassionate and patient approach
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills
11. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
12. Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training
