We are looking for motivated sales people to join our SafeContractor sales team, you'll join a motivated and energetic team that work with contractors and suppliers to sell our Safe Suite of solutions!

What that means day to day
As a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in contributing towards our targets for 20% year on year growth in our new and existing product lines, generating sales through outbound call activity. You will help our new customers understand the Alcumus Safe Suite of solutions to make their business more compliant, safer and stronger.
Proactively managing a sales pipeline and qualifying leads through outbound sales activity.
Develop a targeted strategy to identify and win new business in line with annual targets.
Talking to potential clients, understand their needs and discuss how we can support them with a solution. You will also work with the client to obtain the right level of membership needed and sending out sales quotes.
Lead all communications with prospective customers to maximise new business conversion from a volume and value perspective.
Cleansing your sales data every week to make sure that all the information relating to the contractor is up to date.
Meet and exceed new business and KPI targets to ensure desirable revenue generation and behaviours that are consistent with a sustainable business.
What you’ll need to be successful
Results driven - you'll be able to demonstrate where you have achieved or exceeded new business sales targets and will be able to apply sales methodologies to ensure successful sales conversations!
Grit & determination - you'll be familiar with working in a volume calls sales environment and will have an innate drive to succeed!
Sales capability - you'll demonstrate the ability to follow a proven sales cycle that includes identifying and engaging with decision makers, managing an effective discovery conversation, providing solution based selling capability and the ability to close sales on one call.
