Watsham Consulting is pleased to be working with a repeat client in Gerrards Cross, leading their search for a Subcontractor Team Leader.
This is a permanent role overseeing a growing team of Accounts Payable Clerks. The Subcontractor Team Leader role is office-based and requires someone local with recent construction industry experience (and recent COINS usage would be highly beneficial!).
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and support the team of dedicated Accounts Payable professionals
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
* Perform statement reconciliations
* Deal with supplier and internal enquiries
* Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for all Subcontract Ledger subledgers and resolving aged debit and credit balances
* Produce weekly payment runs
* Become proficient in the use of COINS for Subcontract Ledger
* Streamline and optimise Accounts Payable processes to enhance efficiency
* Implement and maintain best practices in Accounts Payable
PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. 3+ years experience working in Accounts Payable
2. Construction industry experience (CIS/VAT/DRC)
