As a Technology Personal Assistant you’ll be responsible for supporting the Technology Leadership Team in administrative tasks, such as diary management and general day-to day organisation of the senior offices in which you support.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract position where you will be required to work from our London office two days per week.
What you’ll be doing;
1. Technology plays a part in every aspect of our business so the role of the PA is to be responsible for maximising the relevant ELN members effectiveness through managing the day-to-day running of the respective TLT office.
2. Providing administrative support to the ELN, including scheduling meetings, action tracking and ensuring the respective ELN office is efficient and run to a high standard whilst tracking and holding the ELN’s respective leadership teams accountable for actions committed to.
3. Arranging travel, expense claims and entertainment activities when required.
4. Maintain and manage administration of holiday/sickness absence on behalf of the ELN member ensuring cover is arranged.
5. Working with the wider Technology support team and the CIO Office to ensure consistency and provide context across all areas in Technology.
6. Develop an environment that supports the ELN member to maximise the achievement of the business, individuals and objectives
7. Assisting in communicating to all stakeholders and wider stakeholder management
8. Embedding yourself in the wider support team to support cross functional activities such as event organisation for conferences for all technology employees twice yearly, ensuring all logistical elements are considered and planned to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
9. Proven track record of providing support at a senior level.
10. Technical proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Work, Outlook, Excel, Teams etc).
11. Excellent communication, interpersonal, team working and organisational skills.
12. Ability to handle a high volume of work with a sense of urgency without letting the quality slip.
13. Strong adaptability and flexibility.
14. Broad awareness and understanding the company's strategy, objectives, priorities, and performance.
15. Excellent understanding of the interactions between people, processes, and technology
16. Strong relationship management skills and an ability to work comfortably at all levels from junior engineer to Board.
17. Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
