Part Time Purchase Ledger, 25 hrs per week, Northampton, £14.00 per hour
Our client is recruiting for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team at our Head Office in Northampton.
Working 5 hours per day Monday to Friday, your key responsibilities as the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:
* Coding and scanning of purchase invoices onto the Pegasus Opera and Sage accounting systems
* Checking purchase invoices to the purchase order log
* Processing supplier payment runs and employee expenses payments
* Generating and sending supplier remittances
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Dealing with queries from suppliers and depots
* Cash book and nominal ledger postings
* Any other ad hoc accounting and office duties as required.
Suited to a candidate who holds Purchase Ledger skills or is studying towards their AAT qualification, who is keen to learn
