The Role
1. Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the portfolio of products.
2. Identify new business opportunities and strategically position the products to meet the unique needs of each client.
3. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your territory.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
6. Provide training and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of our client’s product range.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
8. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
You
9. Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, nursing, or medical discipline.
10. Native Italian speaker & excellent proficiency in English.
11. 3+ years’ sales experience within a similar medical or pharmaceutical environment.
12. Knowledge of the Italian healthcare system & reimbursement pathways.
13. Team player able to work collaboratively within a matrix organisation.
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
15. Driving license and the ability to travel for up 80% of your working week.
