The Recruitment Group is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our business. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating job offers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their recruitment needs and matching them with suitable candidates.
Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and identify new opportunities.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the skills and experience of candidates, and to ensure that they are the right fit for the roles.
Provide advice and guidance to clients and candidates on all aspects of the recruitment process.
Work towards and achieve targets, both individually and as part of a team.
Mentor and support junior members of the team, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in the recruitment industry, ideally in a senior consultant or team leader role.
A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels.
