Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team.
-Work collaboratively to create a supportive and nurturing environment for children.
-Provide specialized care and support for children with EBD, Mental Health challenges, and SEMH.
- Implement and monitor care plans, continually improving the well-being of the children.
- Create and support educational and recreational activities for children.
-Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's Workforce.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a children's residential setting or equivalent.
* A compassionate and patient nature, essential for working with children facing challenges.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
