We are hiring for two distinct Senior Project Manager positions:
Senior Project Manager – Multi-Storey Car Park
Senior Project Manager – Administration, Education, and Research Centre
Both opportunities involve providing construction and commercial leadership, overseeing project teams, and ensuring compliance with best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering significant benefits to the community and ensuring the HHRP meets the highest governance standards, public accountability, and quality benchmarks.
Opportunity 1: Senior Project Manager – Multi-Storey Car Park
Key Project Deliverables:
Lead the construction of a new multi-storey car park that aligns with the Trust’s car parking strategy and meets the hospital’s parking needs throughout construction and ongoing operation.
Include EV charging points with appropriate fire suppression measures, flood attenuation, and landscaping.
Provide temporary road access into the hospital site and establish a suitable contractor’s compound.

Opportunity 2: Senior Project Manager – Administration, Education, and Research Centre
Key Project Deliverables:
The capital value of projects associated with this role: £45 million
Provide strategic construction and commercial leadership for the Enabling Works Programme, ensuring alignment with NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets.
Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices.
Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and delivering best value for money.
Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
