As the Projects Manager, your ability to deliver on multiple projects, build strong relationships with your stakeholders and manage the smooth and efficient running and development of our operational projects as well as the seamless transition of planned mergers and acquisitions into the firm will be critical to our success.
Your aims are to ensure that Monahans is delivering on its critical projects through:
Leading and being accountable for the implementation of our operational projects including the integration of new teams.
Coordinating, facilitating, and managing the operational integration of acquired businesses into the Monahans portfolio.
Plan and deliver operations and integration projects that will grow our portfolio and develop the operational strength of Monahans
Programme-manage the delivery of technical and central services projects that will underpin the smooth running of our client services.
Measure and report on the progress of our projects across the organisation in line with our weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review of critical success factors.
Conduct projects’ post-implementation reviews, taking the key learnings and continuously improving our processes and practices.
Proactively manage any operational risks by identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks before they become a problem.
Develop project management capability in the team and establish reporting processes that will keep the firm informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.
We integrate new businesses seamlessly into Monahans and maintain high engagement within all teams.
All operational projects are completed successfully - fit for purpose, on time and to budget.
Experience in project managing acquisitions and business transfers, with multiple workstreams.
A proven track record of success and the ability to implement operations planning and project management effectively.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Demonstrated experience in change management and organisational transformation.
Communicative : You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, able to make the right things happen at pace.
