We are currently working with one of the UK’s prestigious hotel agencies. Due to our clients ongoing achievements, they’re currently looking to add to their digital marketing team by hiring a skilled and forward-thinking Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The selected individual will collaborate with our clients outstanding digital marketing team to help create and execute innovative web marketing, paid search, and content marketing plans. These efforts are designed to amplify the marketing of our clients' brands on various social and digital platforms.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
*Marketing Strategy and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the hospitality and hotel industry.
*Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels, focused around Paid Search Ads, social media, email Marketing.
*Team Mentoring and Leadership Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level marketing team members.
*Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance.
*Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and client review from Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
*Deliver ad-hoc report requests tailored to the needs of the client Industry Expertise and Innovation Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hotel marketing.
*Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to enhance professional knowledge and connection
Essential:
*Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, with at least 4 years managing Google Ads Campaigns.
*Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including PPC, SEO, social media management, and analytics software.
*Proven track record of successfully mentoring marketing team members.
*Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management.
*Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
*Exceptional communication, account management and interpersonal skills.
*Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
*A University Degree in Marketing is a bonus but real-life work experience will outweigh the qualifications
