Our client is looking to recruit several Foreign Exchange Support assistants to join our team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties:
* Always providing exceptional customer service
* Supporting branches with the day-to-day operation of the bureau
* Answering telephone, responding to emails and live chat
* Review and process currency orders
* Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that sensible quantities are maintained
* Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development
* Adhering to company policies and procedures
* To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria
