Description
The Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the audit process for a portfolio of clients, providing an excellent level of service. This role requires a friendly and approachable individual with a clear perception of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.
2. Managing the audit process and audit file reviews in accordance with Xeinadin’s standard procedures.
3. Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.
4. To research and prepare proposals for new work, and to take part in formal presentations to prospective clients.
5. To act as a line manager for junior members of the team.
6. Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.
7. Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.
8. Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.
9. Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
Key Requirements
1. The successfully appointed individual will be a qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA).
2. Wide range of audit experience.
3. Experience in managing and mentoring junior members of a practice team, with a focus on driving results and exceeding expectations.
4. Proficiency in navigating professional regulations and best practices, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.
