Estimated Salary: £29,600 - £38,400 per annum
Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive based on performance
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at EG On The Move. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving daily operations, leading a dynamic team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and customer service
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of employees, providing coaching, training and feedback
* Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
* Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
* Work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
