Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Registered Manager at our CQC Registered Mental Health Service, Montague Road, Felixstowe.

The role of Registered Manager will include:
* Leading the overall delivery of the service, through the management of the team and liaison with the Area Service Manager
* Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and relevant external agencies, liaising effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
* Overseeing the overall delivery of the housing management of the property
* Delivering contract KPI’s
* Overseeing the service’s financial performance and managing the budget to maximise income
* Managing the recruitment, performance management and development of staff
* Flexibility around working hours is expected in accordance with the needs of the service
* Responsibility for health and safety in the service
Skills and experiences:
* Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
* Previous experience of working in a CQC regulated environment is preferable
* Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Compassionate, caring and hard working with a hands-on approach to care management
* You will have experience of working in a personalised way supporting customers to maximise opportunities for personal development
* Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support
* Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
* Good information technology skills with a working knowledge of MS Teams, Word & Excel. Training will be provided for additional computer systems in use
* Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

* £40,102 per annum (rising to £42,213 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
