This specialist residential architectural practice has an Architectural Technician job now available. You would be joining a small, friendly, and family-minded team working on high-end residential and small development projects. With a strong pipeline of work secured, the company is now looking to add an Architectural Technician to the team. Established 10 years ago the practice has gained a reputation with its clients for delivering top-level projects and excellent service. Currently a team of 3 they have plans to expand the team over the next 12 months. This role would offer the opportunity to work on a range of residential projects from one off bespoke to development of up to 50 units. The practice would be open to speaking to qualified Technicians with residential experience with 3 years of experience upwards. Role & Responsibilities Preparation of construction and planning drawing packages Producing High quality technical drawings Using AutoCAD daily Working as part of a technical team and independently as needed. Required Skills & Experience Possessing a minimum of 3 years UK projects experience Experience in using AutoCAD is essential Project experience in the UK Residential sector is essential Due to the office location, you would require a driving licence Strong communication skills. What you get back £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience Onsite parking flexible working hours round core hours of 10.00 am – 4.00pm.
