They are now looking for a Commercial Lawyer to support them with a three-month GDPR and Contracts Project.

Key Accountabilities

* Customer Terms and Conditions - review and update the clients UK/EU and US sets of T&Cs
1. Assess whether current practice by the Sales and Customer Service teams aligns with T&Cs and propose changes accordingly (to T&Cs and/or operational practice)
2. Review T&Cs for compliance with latest law and travel regulation and propose changes
