THE ROLE:
1. HR Management including, but not limited to, developing & implementing policies and procedures, conducting recruitment, manage on boarding and off boarding, and maintaining employee records & HR database.
2. Training and Development is a focus of this role! This includes designing, developing and delivering effective training programs to ensure continuous improvement of staff & business performance.
3. HR Administration.
4. Comps & Bens including conducting market research to ensure offerings remain competitive & constantly improving the employees benefits package.
THE PERSON:
5. A real people person who cares about employee well being & the performance of the company.
6. CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent.
7. Experience working in a standalone capacity and developing and implement a Training & Development program.
8. Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
9. High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
10. Happy to be office based 5 days per week with occasional working from home.
