We are recruiting for a Support Worker to support two men and two ladies, aged between 20 and 59 in their own home in Stonehaven.
Here, we support individuals to live the best lives possible by supporting them with whatever they need. They are very active in their community and enjoy going to local clubs/groups, meeting new people, singing, dancing, going shopping, spending time in their garden and exploring the local town and surrounding area.
The people we support are mobile but some require a wee bit of help getting out into the community. In addition to providing support with activities, you may be required to support with personal care and medication. Your main goal will be to provide the right support so they can be as independent as possible and are supported to make their own choices.
We would love to hear from enthusiastic applicants who are interested in developing new skills.
