Business Development Executive - £28k-£32k + High OTE £50k - Tewkesbury
Our client, a fast-growing and award-winning provider of specialist insurance, consulting, and financial services, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, relationship management, and driving business growth. You’ll play a pivotal part in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Sales & Prospecting:
* Identify potential clients and establish new partnerships.
* Promote a diverse range of products and services through various methods and channels.
* Partner Management:
* Implement partnerships by setting up trackable URLs, creating guidance sheets, and providing promotional content.
* Educate and train partners on product offerings and lead incentive campaigns to drive growth.
* Account Management:
* Record and manage all client interactions using Salesforce, ensuring accurate and organized data.
* Collaboration & Events:
* Work closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities across all product lines.
* Attend industry events to grow your network and enhance brand visibility.
* Administrative Support:
* Manage administrative tasks such as processing policy documents, overseeing voucher programs, and nurturing internal/external relationships.
* Compliance:
* Ensure all activities align with Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations.
* Cross-Selling:
* Leverage existing relationships to promote and sell additional services and products.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in sales or account management is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills with confidence and presentation abilities.
* A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
