Your new company
Hays is looking for candidates who would be interested in adhoc/bank shifts in the Clacton area, for one of our key clients who run a number of adult supported living services.
Your new role
You will need to provide personal care and support to the service users, as well as handling other duties within the services such as cooking, cleaning, and completing appropriate paperwork.
Shifts will be adhoc, so you may need to be available to pick up shifts at short notice.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 6 months of relevant social care experience within the UK, and be able to pass our compliance checks. You will need to have completed the mandatory training modules, or be willing to complete the modules which will be assigned.
Candidates will ideally already have a DBS registered on the service, but if neccesary we can complete a new DBS application for you.
Depending on your location, it may be beneficial that you can drive in order to get to work, although this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
In addition to the pay rate, there are a number of benefits available for all agency workers who sign up with Hays:
Access to our online training platform
Various discounts and offers
Free DBS Checks
Site of shifts we have available for all our clients
