Job Description
09:00 – 17:15 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and 09:00 – 17:30 (Wednesday).
The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the site.
1. Identify and win sales via Account Management and New Client Acquisition.
2. Meeting with clients face to face and via Microsoft Teams.
3. Account development planning.
4. Work alongside Commercial, Chemistry and QA departments to provide excellent client service.
5. Support design of service solutions.
6. Support InterCompany processes.
7. Grow the Eurofins BPT brand within the UK market.
8. Generation of quotations.
9. Management of UK ComLIMS (CLO, CLQ, CLPA).
10. Provide commercial status reports.
11. Propose and implement continuous improvements.
12. Maintain CRM system.
Qualifications
13. Pharma services sales experience is essential.
14. Good understanding of GMP.
15. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
16. Demonstrates leadership skills, good judgement, and the ability to influence others.
17. Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
18. Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
19. Strong problem solving skills.
20. Passionate about quality and customer service.
21. Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
