LB306 - Fire Risk AssessorLocation: South LondonSalary: £50,000 + Company Vehicles First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Fire Risk Assessor on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration:Duties and Responsibilities:

* Carry out suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments recording all significant findings using the app.
* Carry out quality control processes using the RMS software package.
* Carry out comprehensive fire door inspections at a range of client sites.
* Manage own time and travel to ensure work commitments are achieved.
* Communicate effectively with management team to enable effective time and workload management.
* Complete all company required administration such as expenses, mileage and leave requests in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Level 3 fire safety qualification or equivalent.
* Ability to use a smart phone application.
* Basic IT literacy skills.
* Good standard of written English to enable report writing.
* Smart presentable appearance.
* Full British driving licence.
* Third party accreditation with industry recognised body i.e., IFE, IFSM, FPA.
* Fire door inspection qualification i.e., C&G.
