To be considered for the position you will need the following:
1. To have experience supporting children to make progress in their learning
2. A DBS on the update service, or willing to gain one through Castle Education
3. Ability to be flexible and adaptable
4. Previous classroom experience
5. Be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
6. Have a love of children and learning
7. Be able to inspire, innovate and nurture children
8. Excellent behaviour management skills
