Day to Day
* Lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating with senior leadership on updates.
* Continuously improve and streamline internal protocols.
* Use scheduling systems to ensure optimal staff availability and reduce abandoned calls.
* Oversee holidays, absences, shifts, and cover plans, ensuring seamless operations.
* Provide exceptional service, managing a high volume of inbound calls and setting appropriate actions.
* Train and lead the Workforce Planning and Demand team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Handle HR tasks, manage records, and ensure accurate data entry.
* Assist in generating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
