Social Care Wales Registration (required).

Your Role: As an Adults Social Worker in our Mental Health Team, you'll play a critical role in assessing and supporting individuals with mental health needs. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and the community to develop care plans, advocate for clients, and ensure they receive the right support for their recovery and well-being.
