ABP in Perth are currently looking for a Commercial Sales Administrator to join the team. This role is responsible for supporting the Sales team and to show the main daily costings that highlight the business profit/loss throughout the factory.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830 – 17.00.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Ensuring Boning Hall yields are completed and correct.
2. Ensure Offal Yields are completed and correct.
3. To ensure daily costings across site are completed and correct.
4. Ensure orders are on the system on time for production.
5. Process information for wages.
6. System update of prices for yield and costings (weekly).
7. Fat/Cat1/Cat3 Analysis for Accounts (Weekly).
HOLIDAY COVER:
1. Orders & PO requests.
2. Update cold store movements daily.
3. Staff and cash sale payments and recording.
4. Weekly coldstore reconciliation.
5. Answer incoming calls to site.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administration-based position, have excellent attention to detail, and be suited to working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal skills, be a fast learner, and have the ability to multi-task. Excel and other Microsoft applications experience are essential for this role.
