Job Summary
My Client is looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to drive and optimise their supply chain operations. This office-based role, located in Hemel Hempstead, is a unique opportunity to shape and improve end-to-end supply chain strategies. The Supply Chain Manager will be instrumental in overseeing logistics, maintaining stock availability for ongoing and new projects, and driving operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams, including 3rd party logistics and supplier relationships.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies in line with business objectives.
Oversee procurement, production, inventory, and distribution to streamline operations.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align and support supply chain activities.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure beneficial terms.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement areas.
