Warranty and Aftercare Manager (Automotive)
CRP Group is recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warranty and Service Operations Manager to oversee warranty claims processing, chargeable repairs, customer relations, and data analysis within our automotive service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maximizing after-sales revenue, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Warranty Claim Processing
* Review, approve, or deny warranty claims in accordance with company policies and product specifications.
* Ensure all claims are processed within designated timelines and maintain accurate records of warranty transactions.
* Coordinate with service and repair teams to expedite warranty-related repairs or replacements, ensuring cost-effective resolutions and customer satisfaction.
Chargeable Repairs/Service Operations
* Oversee the efficient management of service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
* Ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance services are completed.
* Manage spare parts inventory to guarantee availability and smooth operations.
* Maximize the activity and margin from chargeable repairs while minimizing warranty costs to improve aftersales revenue.
