Position: Purchasing Manager

Type: Full-time, Office-based
Key Responsibilities:
1. To take over non-meat purchasing with a long-term plan to move onto meat and artisan cheese purchasing.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
3. Utilise your background in relationship building and sales to enhance our procurement processes.
Qualifications:
1. No specific qualification in purchasing is required.
2. Training will be provided where necessary.
3. Previous experience in relationship building and sales is advantageous.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Well-organised and efficient in handling procurement tasks.
2. Familiarity with systems and administration.
3. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient purchasing processes.
