The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be a key player in expanding our client base, driving revenue, and becoming the go-to person for clients in need of top-tier talent. You’ll work closely with our expert recruitment consultants, matching business needs with outstanding candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Design and implement innovative sales and marketing proposals to generate growth.
• Work closely with our recruitment consultants to align client needs with candidate placements.
• Develop strategic partnerships and grow the company’s profile in target industries.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform your approach.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, self-starter who is motivated by success and thrives on achieving targets. You’ll have experience in business development or sales, ideally within the recruitment industry (or similar), but what’s most important is your ability to win new business and maintain excellent relationships.
What You Bring:
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (preferably within recruitment or a similar industry).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry is an advantage, but not essential.
