The Job
Joining a Customer Success team as a Technical Support Specialist you will be act as the main point of contact between clients & the greater business. Supporting clients through onboarding, live support functions, client customisation, & relationship management.
* Debugging & resolving client issues
* Performing an in-hours triage function to achieve SLAs
* Creating or maintaining technical documentation
* Managing client expectations

The Skills
* Experience constructing API requests (using Postman/ SoapUI etc), evaluating XML / JSON structures
* Evaluating API product requirements & technical integration documentation
* Reading some basic Java code
* Experience with JIRA and an industry standard ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, etc)
* Proven history of account management or relationship building
* Automate where possible (through Lean/Agile measures)
