1. Position: Senior Chef
2. Pay: £27,500 – £30,000
3. Location: Horsham (car required due to location)
4. Hours: 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm. Some weekends and some flexibility is required. 40 hours per week
My client based in Horsham are looking to recruit a Senior Chef/Chef de Partie. Due to an increase in business they require an additional chef who loves working with fresh ingredients and can cater for events from BBQ’S to fine dining.
The Role
5. Cooking and preparing dishes ranging from BBQ’S to fine dining with a passion for cooking
6. Running the shift or service and contributing to menu development
7. Supervise junior staff
8. Ability to solve problems
Skills Required
9. 2 years’ experience of working in varied cooking environment
10. A creative passionate individual who loves working with fresh ingredients.
11. Energy, positivity, can do attitude and plenty of enthusiasm towards team work.
12. Organised individual, to able to forward plan, foresee potential problems and to be able to run a smooth calm kitchen.
13. Understand food allergens and be up to date on food safety legislation.
