Customer Success Coordinator
Location: Bury
Salary: £25,

Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Bury who are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their busy team.
Working hours are – Full Time Monday to Friday
As Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for over customers, the main responsibilities of this role will be:
1. Obtain a thorough understanding of the business
2. Manage upwards of existing customers
3. Develop relationships with new and existing customers
4. Be the main point of contact
5. Handle requests and enquiries in a timely manner
6. Liaise with internal and external departments
7. Maintain the CRM System
Skills required as Customer Success Coordinator: –
8. Excellent customer service and communication skills
9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
10. Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself
11. Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
12. Experience in a similar role
13. Familiarity with CRM Software *desirable
14. Account Management experience *desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
