Ourresort in Skegness is recruiting for a Pool Plant Technical TeamMember to come and join us.
We're looking forsomeone who likes to work as part of ateam, is comfortable and confident to talk to our guests and enjoysworking in a busy environment and can dial up the energy when it’srequired. You should have a positive outlook and a ‘can do’attitude with a passion for delivering a high level of service andwill always strive to exceed the guest’sexpectations.
KeyResponsibilities
The purpose of thisrole includes:
Carrying out and assisting withplanned maintenance and reactive maintenance andbackwashing
Daily and weekly swimming pool watertests
Carrying out daily plant and equipmentservicing
Completing all documentation in line with thecompany policy
General understanding of Health and Safetyprocedures
General maintenance of the Splash plantroomequipment
PleaseNote:
Our business is open 7 days a week andtherefore flexibility, reliability and punctuality are allessential, as you will form an important part of ateam.
Working to a rostered 5 days out of7. Shifts will cover weekends and weekdays and could includea mix of early morning, daytime and eveningshifts.
Skills,Knowledge & Expertise
STA PoolPlant Operators L3 Qualification is advantageous
Abasic understanding of water chemistry would beadvantageous
Have previous experience of working in poolenvironment
