This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading independent travel group, The Active Travel Group. We specialise in tailor-made, human-powered holidays across the globe, from skiing and cycling in Europe and North America to hiking and sea kayaking in the Scottish Highlands. The Group comprises three sector-leading brands: Ski Solutions, Cycling for Softies and the Wilderness Group. This role will oversee the marketing department for our flagship brand, Ski Solutions and outbound cycling brand, Cycling for Softies.
This is a hybrid role, with time required at our offices in Brixton, London and is offered on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Proven track record in a senior marketing position within the B2C travel industry
Data-orientated with the ability to analyse data and draw insights to inform your decisions
Confident setting up and overseeing customer journey automations, preferably with experience in Pardot and Salesforce
Lead on the development and delivery of the annual marketing plan
Lead a team of five across both brands, driving campaigns across multi-channel marketing
Work with the Marketing Director and Digital Manager to define and execute strategies across SEO and PPC to drive website traffic and generate new leads
Work with the Campaign Managers to execute and deliver our brand strategy across channels, including direct, advertising, social media, PR, partnerships and CRM
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activity is delivered within budget
Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities
Deliver and present regular reports on marketing performance to the senior trading team
