Job Title: Housing Scheme Administrator
We are seeking an organized and efficient Scheme Manager to join our team at Williams Court, a thriving retirement living scheme in Bournemouth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the scheme, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and support. This is a permanent, part-time position (30 hours per week) that requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
About Williams Court:
Williams Court is a private development for the over 55s, consisting of 40 self-contained apartments in the desirable Westbourne area of Bournemouth. The scheme offers a range of amenities and services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and meal provision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the administrative aspects of the scheme, including resident relationships, resident records, and scheme events
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, including health and wellbeing details
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the scheme
* Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a residential or community setting. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a generous pension scheme and annual leave.
