Company Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist Lloyds of London Insurance Broker, working in their City of London office as the Claims Manager. You will be joining a small but knowledgeable team, who manage a growing portfolio of UK and international business. You will also have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop your career. Working in the office 4 days a week, you will have the option to work from home every Friday.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for handling yacht claims, implementing/delivering a claims strategy alongside the Senior Management team, managing effective monthly/quarterly reporting to the Management Team including monthly claims bordereau production, overseeing the yacht portfolio to provide advice to the underwriting of the account, actively communicating with the finance department regarding claims settlements, maintaining strong relationships with Insurers, the internal Yacht team and Producers, raising debit notes/invoices and credit notes on the inhouse system and taking on any ad-hoc duties required by the company.
Role Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. You will need to be a proactive, enthusiastic, willing, driven and self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a wider team. You will have strong self-discipline and demonstrable experience of accurate record keeping. You will be experienced with the use of Excel to an intermediate level and be able to work to tight deadlines.

You will receive an annual salary of up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
