Warehouse team leader

Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in the Exeter area to start as soon as possible.

Shift:

* Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Pay rate:

* £13.50 to £14.50, depending on experience.

As a Warehouse Team Leader:

* Responsibility for staff recruitment in-line with seasonal demands of the business.
* Ensuring all operational KPI's and company requirements are met, tracked and challenged.
* Be instrumental in the day-to-day running and cleanliness of the warehouse, managing order volumes, daily workload, and continuous process
* Lead, coach, and develop new and existing warehouse team members.
* Maintain warehouse operational standards and processes and ensures all team members follow procedures.
* Promote and monitor health and safety compliance with regard to staff, buildings and equipment
* Own the daily pick / pack / dispatch function.
