Job Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will support the Treasury function by delivering accurate analysis of financial and treasury data, helping to ensure timely and precise accounting and reporting of treasury activities. Your insights and recommendations will be vital in refining reporting formats, processes, and timelines, contributing to more informed business decisions.
Main Responsibility
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and analysing cash flow forecasting across the business, including managing a 13-week rolling forecast, monitoring group cash both onshore and offshore, and overseeing interest payable and receivable. You will collaborate closely with the finance teams to understand cash flow requirements by currency, presenting proposals for hedging and deposit activity in line with the Treasury Risk Management Policy. Additionally, you will manage the accounting and reporting of treasury activities, such as foreign exchange, group cash, intercompany funding, and key treasury KPIs.
In this role, you will also play a key part in providing critical analysis on Treasury forecasting, including foreign exchange and working capital cash, ensuring alignment with the latest financial estimates and budgets. You will support treasury dealing activities, including hedging and the settlement of maturing transactions, while also delivering ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to support various Group Treasury projects.
Our Ideal Candidate
You must be a qualified accountant with a strong background in Treasury and financial analysis. Experience in working in a multi-currency, international environment is essential, as is familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and an analytical approach to delivering robust financial data.
