The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and professional Sales Advisor based at their Head Office in Fareham, Hampshire, who has the skills and competencies to successfully secure and process orders over the telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing a high level of customer service over the telephone
* Securing orders by converting calls into confirmed orders
* Upselling products/services wherever practicably possible
* Processing orders and bookings
* Taking payment details and processing payments
* Handling customer enquiries and queries
* Performing general office administration duties
