Our client is a leading expert within their field, actively seeking an experienced EA to join their team to support the COO / CFO.
Job Description
3. Provide executive assistance to the senior management team
4. Coordinate project activities across various departments
5. Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
6. Take minutes in meetings
7. Assist with various projects across the organisation
8. Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
9. Plan and coordinate company events
10. Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
11. Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
12. Previous EA experience is essential
13. Excellent organisational and project management skills
14. Previous experience handling HR tasks would be advantageous
15. Somebody who can take initiative, multitask and can handle a high workload.
16. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
17. Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
18. Proficiency in MS Office applications
19. Excellent problem-solving abilities
20. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
21. Discretion and confidentiality
