This role is ideal for a skilled recruiter with a strong background in administration and customer service, capable of managing direct recruitment campaigns from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Manage direct recruitment campaigns end-to-end, from authorisation/advertising through to pre-employment checks and issuing contracts.Lead briefings and wash-ups, and facilitate assessments.Operate a file management system via SharePoint (Note: We do not use an applicant tracking system).Collaborate face-to-face with team members 40% of the time, with a requirement to attend the Dundee office in person 2 days per week.Maintain clear and concise verbal and written communication.Work co-operatively and supportively with others, keeping team members informed of progress on work plans and targets.Stay up to date with recruitment trends and continuously improve recruitment knowledge and skills.Conduct job analysis and design assessments.Focus on process improvement in all recruitment activities.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in a recruitment environment.Competence in managing direct recruitment campaigns end-to-end.Proficiency in leading briefings, wash-ups, and facilitating assessments.Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A...
