About the Role
The post holder will be dedicated to the effective invoice generation and debt collection of the Queen Mary residential estate, currently worth £ per annum. Key operational liaisons will be required with the central credit control team at Queen Mary.
About You
Experience working within a Higher Education finance environment, preferably with knowledge of both Agresso and Kinetics systems. Qualifications should include a degree with relevant financial or accounting experience (ICM qualification). Key skills: ability to plan and manage a time specific workload, excellent attention to detail and experience in complaint resolution.
About the Section and Directorate
The post holder will be required to support the Head of Housing Services and Residences Finance Officer in delivering an excellent customer focused service providing residential fee advice and payment plan arrangements, financial guidance and funding options available to students of Queen Mary, including signposting to student support services.
